Young Adult (VIA Christi)

Welcome to

The way to Christ!

We are young adults (ages 18-40…) committed to Holy Mother Church and to growing in Faith, Hope and Charity.  We do this through prayer, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, service to others and fellowship.  Inspired by the lives of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frasatti and St. Gianna Molla, our goal is to radiate Christ to each other, our families, our Parish and to the world.

Blessed Pier Giorgio Frasatti
(6 April 1901 - 4 July 1925)

He was an Italian Catholic activist. He was dedicated to works of social action, charity, prayer and community. He was involved with Catholic youth and student groups. Though an average student, Frassati was known among his peers for his devotion and piety. He has been beatified by the Roman Catholic Church.

“To live without faith, without a patrimony to defend, without a steady struggle for truth, that is not living, but existing.”

St. Gianna MollaSt. Gianna Molla

(October 4, 1922 – April 28, 1962) was an Italian pediatrician, wife and mother who is best known for refusing both an abortion and a hysterectomy when she was pregnant with her fourth child, despite knowing that continuing with the pregnancy could result in her death. She was canonized as a saint of the Catholic Church in 2004.

"The secret of happiness is to live moment by moment and to thank God for all that He, in His goodness, sends to us day after day."
